Babb's Bridge is a covered bridge between the towns of Gorham and Windham in Cumberland County, Maine. The bridge was built in 1973 and has a clearance of 10 feet. It is 79 feet in length and spans the Presumpscot River.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Babbs Bridge )〕 The 1864 bridge that previously stood at the site (of which the present one is a replica) was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972 as a joint effort of the Windham and Gorham Historical Societies. The bridge was rebuilt in 1973 after arson destroyed the previous structure. In 2014, vandals cut holes in its roof to allow people to jump into the river below. ==See also==
